Lucy Hine

Mental Health Professional and Business Founder

I created Have A Word with the goal of reducing the stigma surrounding Mental Health.

I am an accredited, Insured, Independent and passionate person. I have over 12 Years experience within various training roles, alongside 16 Years of managing and supporting people at work and otherwise.

I work with organisations of all sizes to provide excellent training in Mental Health as well as working as a Business Partner to provide ADHD Coaching and Therapy. I am a Instructor Member for MHFA England offering adult and youth training courses, as well as an  Supervising Instructor  for Mental Health First Aid.

I actively support Samaritans and my local MIND Mental Health Charity. I proudly support the NHS and a variety of Private Hospitals, including during my placement in the COVID-19 pandemic.

I actively continue to develop my inquisitive approach to mental health and continue my professional development in whichever direction my path (and ADHD brain) takes me. It is with thanks to all of my clients past, present and future that I continue to be the most authentic version of myself.

It is with passion, self-motivation and enthusiasm that I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing alongside parenting my two beautiful children with dedicated support from my husband.
