Lucy Hine

Mental Health Professional and Business Founder

I created HAVE A WORD with the goal of reducing the stigma surrounding Mental Health.

I am an accredited, Insured, Independent and passionate person. I have over 12 Years experience within various training roles, alongside 16 Years of managing and supporting people at work and otherwise.

I work with organisations of all sizes to provide excellent training in Mental Health.

I am an Instructor Member for MHFA England offering adult and youth training courses, as well as a Supervising Instructor  for Mental Health First Aid.

I actively support Samaritans, Time to Change Mental Health campaign and my local MIND Mental Health Charity. I proudly support the NHS and a variety of Private Hospitals, including during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I actively continue my inquisitive approach to mental health and continue my professional development in whichever direction my path takes me. I am currently exploring a personal journey with ADHD and Dyslexia. It is with thanks to all of my clients past, present and future that I continue to be the most authentic version of myself.

It is with passion, self-motivation and enthusiasm that I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing, alongside parenting my two beautiful children with dedicated support from my husband.
